Terms and Condition

1. General Terms

• All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

• After reaching the vehicle if cancelled 20% cancellation charges applicable

• Service requests must be made via phone, website, or authorized personnel.

• Charges vary based on service type, distance, duration, and custom requirements.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate details at the time of booking.

2. 24/7 Ambulance Services

• Ambulance dispatch is based on location and vehicle availability.

• Medical attendants and equipment are provided based on request and condition.

• Sri Balaji Ambulance Services is not liable for any medical complications during transit.

• Any delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party issues are not under our control.

• Payment must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cremation & Funeral Services

• Cremation slot booking is subject to BBMP or local authority approval and availability.

• We act only as facilitators and are not liable for any delays caused by government agencies or rituals-related matters.

• Religious rituals and priest services are arranged based on client requirements and community customs.

• All funeral items and services must be confirmed and paid for in advance.

• Rescheduling or cancellation of services should be informed at least 4 hours prior to avoid charges.

4. Human Remains Air Cargo Services

• International and domestic air cargo services are subject to airline and embassy rules.

• We require all necessary documents such as death certificate, embalming and NOC certificates, ID proofs, etc.

• Delays due to airline schedules, customs clearance, or embassy approvals are beyond our control.

• Full payment must be made before the handover of documentation and transport arrangements.

• Coffin box sealing and documentation are done as per IATA and airline regulations.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Any cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and operational costs.

• No refund will be issued for services already rendered or for same-day cancellations.

6. Liability

• While we strive to provide the best service, we are not liable for any medical loss, religious dissatisfaction, or delays beyond our control.

• Clients are advised to verify all documents and service details before confirmation.
